This is the ideal class to join if you have a good level and experience of Pilates. It’s the perfect next step from Mixed Pilates or if you are ready to move onto a higher level of strength, control and balance. We always provide alternatives to exercises and different levels of exercises throughout each class to ensure you work at the level that’s best for you. We understand how busy life can be so if you can’t make the Mixed Pilates timings, you are welcome to join us in Intermediate and exercise at the correct level for you.
